My Best Sources of Insight!

Recently, I've been asked where my "spur of the moment" articles are coming from. I've realized that this internal wealth of thoughts and feelings have almost always been sparked by amazing books I've read or continue to read on a daily basis (also called "daily readers"). Ted Talks are also a wonderful place to ignite curiosity!

If you're like me, and seldom find down time to read (I could probably read, but by the time I get home I just want to watch Netflix or play Nintendo), I suggest you try out the Audible app! I listen to books during my commute to work and on long drives.

Here is a list of the ones that stick out to me:

Vulnerability, Mindfulness, and Spirituality:

  • The Four Agreements – Don Miguel Ruiz

  • Start Where You Are – Pema Chodron

  • Peace is Every Step – Thich Nhat Hanh

  • The Miracle of Mindfulness – Thich Nhat Hanh
